Account FAQ
Change or recover my password
- If you don’t remember your password, you will have the opportunity to recover it. You must be on the main “Sign In” page, then click on the “Forgot your password?” option.
- If you remember your password and you want to change it, sign in to the Coppel Access app and use the menu to navigate to Security, then Password.
Update personal information
If you want to change your personal information, sign in to the Coppel Access app and use the menu to navigate to My Profile.
Close AccessMás Account
You may close your account at any time. All you need to do is call our Customer Service team at +1 (800) 801-6703 or send an email to contactus@accessmas.com. For more information click here.
